THE PRODUCT

DEEZY DECKS LLC specializes in selling 24K Gold Playing Cards customized for HBCUs, Greek Organizations, and Marching Bands. Our customers love the idea that our decks are waterproof and long lasting. Each deck is housed in a luxury wood box lined with a red velvet interior and a certificate of authenticity. The best part is that our decks come with a lifetime guarantee. They are flexible and bend but won’t break. If they ever break, send us your deck and we will replace it for free. However, the excellence doesn’t stop there. There are many organizations that we don’t have in our inventory that people would love to have in their homes. Therefore, our fundraising option is a great way to highlight an organization that we don’t carry in stock and make money while doing it!

CUSTOM FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN

This campaign is geared towards organizations that would like to create their own Deezy Deck that is fully customizable. These accounts require a minimum order of 100 decks at a price of $17 per deck. However, this option is accompanied with flexible payment options. An organization may choose to pay entirely upfront or they may choose to take pre orders over a prearranged time period (after which time full payment is due). A pre order option would require a non refundable $250 deposit and, in either payment option, a customer must wait 6-8 weeks to receive their order from the time of full payment. The suggested retail price for this fundraiser is $30-$40 depending on the demographics of your organization. For example, an organization of 10 members could easily commit to selling 10 decks each. If your organization sold 100 decks at $35 each, the organization would profit $1,800!

NAMEPLATES

A great way to personalize the Deezy Deck Experience. Many people add their name, nickname, school’s name, line name, graduation year, degree, etc. There is a $5 charge to the customer for this enhancement and $2.50 goes to the organization. If your organization sells 75 nameplates, that’s an extra $188 with no extra work!

PACKAGING

When customers experience Deezy Decks, the most common reaction is “It’s the packaging for me!” We take pride in presenting the product in an outstanding way and our packaging embodies that. 

GIFT BOX AND BAG

Our gift box is a black matte and is smooth to touch. Each box is lined with a red matte interior and decks are wrapped in a shiny gold paper that is sure to grab the recipients attention. 

The luxury gift bag is also a black matte and smooth to touch. It comes lined with a red interior and laced with a gold ribbon to secure the contents of the bag. The black and gold tissue paper makes this gift experience one to remember. Lastly, a customer will tote this bag by holding the hand woven gold rope that is attached. 

Each packaging enhancement sells for $2.25 (holds up to 3 decks) and is billed to the organization. There is only one packaging option allowed per fundraiser.

FULFILLMENT

We have two delivery options. Option 1 requires us to ship all of the decks to the organization and the organization is responsible for distribution. However, many organizations sell on a national level which makes distribution an expensive and tedious process. Option 2 is our fulfillment enhancement which includes a custom digital order form for your organization to collect data, box packaging (we don’t ship the bags with this option), handling, and delivery to each domestic address for only $10. Most organizations pass this cost on to the customer.
